ADVANCE NOTIFICATION

RE: - Feltham & Bedfont Carnival Parade 2009

This years Carnival Parade will take place on Saturday 6^th June 2009.

There are no charges for entry in the parade. Entering the parade would be an ideal opportunity to advertise your company/organisation and have some fun at the same time.

This year’s optional theme is “Cartoon Characters “.

The parade will be assembling in Ludlow Park from 11:00 am. Ready for judging to commence at 11:45 a.m.

The parade will leave Ludlow Park at 12:30 pm.

Trophies will be awarded for first, second and third places in each of the main categories together with a 1st place trophy for the Theme Trophy and the Overall Trophy for the entry with the highest marks.

We will be sending out the entry forms in April and would be grateful to receive your completed entry form by the middle of May 2009 to allow us time to process the entries and send out the final details.

The final details and numbers will be sent out approximately 1 week before Carnival Day. If you don’t receive these just give me call.
